Hydraulic machine with one double-acting cylinder for pressing and cutting and also for opening of the cover.
Control panel with pressing and cutting adjustment. Knife cleaning button. Programmable with 10 different programs and language can be set according to the user.

WORKING CYCLE
1. insert the product into the basin;
2. set the operating times(pressing and cutting);
3. close the cover;
4. the machine presses and cuts automatically;
5. automatic cover opening;
6. remove the pieces of cut dough.

SA | CYCLE SEMI-AUTOMATIC

All functions are carried out using a joystick for a very simple and rapid pressing, pressing and cutting or knife cleaning.
