Description

2-or-3-cylinders molding machine with 500mm or 600 mm sheeters. It is suited for medium and small rolled bread production, from 30 gr to 1250 gr. It is equipped with a feeding belt and a mechanism for the return of rolled up pieces. By activating a special control system that is located in the front side of the machine, it is possible to switch from the molding to laminating process.

FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Made of enameled steel sheet and aluminized top.
- Chromium plated steel, round-in-shape cylinders.
- The moving parts are installed on bearings.
- The access is prevented by a steel grille and a locking micro-switch.  
- The machine has wheels with directed adjustment.
- Exit apron can be equipped with an adjustable loaf molding plate, in order to produce bread loaves with a maximum length of 450 or 550 mm.
