Description

Long loaf molding machine is particularly suitable for “French baguette”. Thanks to its 500 mm cylinders it is designed to produce from 50g to 1000g bread, up to 70cm length. The machine is versatile and compact with a very large capacity (maximum output: 1500 pieces).

FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Dough pieces are accurately laminated and molded.
- Antiadhesive-coated cylinders are adjustable.  
- Customizing dough lamination is possible.
- Loading hopper and collection bench are located in the front for easy access.
- The machine is installed on wheels and one side can be removed to guarantee easy access to the internal parts and facilitate general maintenance and easy cleaning.
