DIVIDERS AND PRESS  AUTOMATIC OR SEMIAUTOMATIC

Rectangular divider is available in
10, 24, 30, 40, 48, 60 divisions with single cut;

10/20, 12/24, 15/30 divisions with doudle cut.
It is suited especially for for baguettes, loaves and ciabattas. The machine can cut different dough's portions, identical in shape, weight and size. It is also possible to variate the portion’s height according to the total selected weight. The machine is practical and fast, supplied with an increased/reduced pressure device that resembles human-hand movement. The working cycle could be manual (M) with lever mechanisms, automatic (A) or manual starter by selector (SA).

- Three phase with 400 Volt 50/60 Hz 3-phase. Other voltages can be provided on request.
