ROTATING RACK OVEN
Description
Fr MINI is a rotary convection oven for reduced loads, recommended for bread making and confectionery laboratories. Suitable for shopping centers, hotels and restaurants. It has a rockwool panel insulation with high-performance heating elements that are inserted whether from the top or from the front burner. It is available in 10-baking-trays structure. The electrical version can offer 12-steel-trays structure (fr mini) or a 16 trays proofer (with manual or automated power supply). This oven is available either with an electromechanical or with a programmable digital control panel with economizer.
