FR MINI COMB is rotating rack oven with its electric power device is suitable for both small and medium-sized pastry and bakery shops. It grants a uniform cooking method and it is always ready for use. The burner can work whether with gas or with oil diesel burner. The electric deck chamber is installed between the oven and the proofer with the capacity of 2 trays and a useful height of 18, 23 or 28 cm.
