Description

The number, length and direction of channels are provided on request. Minimum diameter: 20/22 mm
The standard perforation is obtained with a 2-mm and 3.5 mm pitch. According to our research, such dimensions grant an optimal cooking and anti-adhesive ratio. The edges are designed with a non-perforated band to confer more rigidness to the baking tray.
The support frame has double 30mm stiffening rib and the corners are welded. This guarantees an extraordinary stiffness and sturdiness.
This represents the ideal traditional baking tray for baguettes.
