The standard perforation is obtained with a 2-mm and 3.5 mm pitch. According to our research, such dimensions grant an optimal cooking and anti-adhesive ratio. The edges are designed with a non-perforated band to confer more rigidness to the baking tray. The perfect structure permits to fix the sheet to the frame without any rivet, by reducing the risk of damage.
